The Media Personality of the year 2020 at the City Pride Achievers Awards ceremony,Mr Babajide Kolade Otitoju has given his hundred percent support to the End SARS protesters who had showed their resilience for the last one week to buttress on their demands from the federal government to end SARS.

Babajide Otitoju declared his support on Sunday during the Award ceremony of the City pride magazine held at the LCCI hall Alausa Ikeja,that that he would never criticize the end SARS campaigners who have increased in their plans to block the roads of Nigeria when we know that it is usually not a promise fulfilled in any Nigeria government promises. He said it is not the truth that government has yielded to the demand of the protesters,that government which is interested in yielding to the demand of the people needs to show the public what plans it has and if you are ready to increase the salaries of the police men,it needs to take concrete steps and let people see that government wants to do it.

He however appealed to president Buhari to yield truly to their demands as they had staged a peaceful protest having heard that the president has the habit of going abroad to bad mouth and described the Nigeria youths as lazy ones.

He commended the organiser of the event for recognizing and honoured him with the special award of speaking the truth and promised to speak more truth to draw the government attention to the pains Nigerians are going through daily.

An Awardee,Barrister Tony Dania expressed while addressing the newsmen that no crime is committed outside the division of the police and government cannot say is not aware of the atrocities the SARS committed in the country when these people called SARS want to improperly make money from the citizens that they need to protect.

Tony Dania has therefore pledged to render free legal services to every end SARS protester whose right is violated that the protest should be sustained until Nigeria government yield to their demands . ” it is not only SARS that needs to be reformed in Nigeria but the whole system in Nigeria needs to be reformed as no one is above the laws.

Tony Dania pronounced that Nigeria should stop tribalism & frivotism and make improve the supply of Electricity also government should let promotion be on merit. He pronounced.

Hon. Temitope Adewale of Ifako ijaiye constituency 1, Lagos State House of Assembly was honoured with a special Award on the certainty of his leadership position to liberate the youths on appointment empowerment and his support to the elderly as Mr Gbenga Agboye represented him with appreciation at the event.

The Founder of the distinguished ladies initiative for Olale Cosho,mrs Paris Sanusi was respectively honoured with a special Award for her hardworking contributions to the development of youths in the country and she dedicated the Award to the voiceless people out there,Motherless children,less privileges,oppressed and the youths saying soro soro(Speak up).

The Educationists and Awardee from Meratta media solutions,Mr Michael Adedeji Ademola gave a word of encouragement to the organiser of event to keep up their good works to honouring the meaningful people and he thereby dedicated his Award to the students in the whole Nigeria who have stayed back home without commiting suicide all through the last 7 months of Covid 19 pandemic total lockdown.
