National youth council of Nigeria, Ifelodun local branch, has embark on clean up communty on 24th oct 2020
Narrating the story by the youth coordinator Comr Agbalaya “community service today was an eyesore, we saw the rate of damage to our public properties, L.A primary school,Layeni and Alaba Primary school,home economics lab and classroom was totally in a state of emergency.
All the classroom glasses has been broken on the floor,so we are able to sweep and pack it to the nearby wastebin within the school premises.
“Layeni police station was burnt down beyond recognition,so we are able to sweep the frontage of the station, likewise Amukoko police station too, we were able to lift the burnt vehicle in the front of the station,that can course more harm to the motorist. We were also able clear all dirt under the burnt vehicle immediately we removed it.
“We have done our part as an organized youth,it is now over to the appropriate authority to give the both stations a new befitting structure and the damage school.
He urges the youth to embrace peace and appreciated all youth organizations that deem it fit to attend the exercise:
