Hon. Titus Uba. He thanked them for honoring his invitation and making valuable contributions. The CPS assured that he would convey all the requests made by the Assembly press to the Speaker.
In their separate comments, the Assembly Correspondents complained of negligence even as they were very coordinated. They were unanimous in their appeal that their members be selected to participate in Journalists’ workshops, a press room be built for them where they will be sitting to file their stories and their general welfare be taken care of.
They expressed hope that they will have it good with the coming on board of Mr Orshi who started well unlike his predecessors.
In a vote of thanks, Principal Special Assistant to the Speaker, Mr Jacob Angor commended the CPS for his wisdom to host the Assembly press in order to familiarize with them and know their plight. He said the Assembly Correspondents will support the new CPS to succeed.
