PUBLIC NOTICE! This Is To Inform The Public That Chief Frank Enendu Is Not The Owner Of Additional 10 Acres Of Land At Lekki/Shapati Land

Otunba Stephen Ajose concerning the land in respect of 4.283 Acres of lands lying and being at shapati Village in Ibeju Lekki Local Government area of Lagos.

Intimidation and harassment by Chief Frank .C. Enendu using Police from Elemoro Station to fabricate things to harass Chief Stephen Ajose concerning the property that is sold to him about 22 Acres of lands by using Police from Area J Zone.

Chief Frank .C. Enendu acquired additional 10 Acres of Lands without due authorization and knowledge of the Owner, Otunba Stephen Ajose. Along the line, he started harassing people on the land by force by insinuating that he’s the rightful owner of the land.

He also used the Police to intimidate Otunba Stephen Ajose. The matter has moved from Elemoro Station to Area Command Office (Area J) to Zone II. He has gone ahead fabricating lies to people who care to listen, The Inspector General of Police has waded into the matter and he wants to take a cursory look at the case in Abuja.

On this note, we hereby want to bring to the attention of the residents of Ibeju-Lekki/Shapati town and the good people of Nigeria at large to know that Chief Frank .C. Enendu is not the rightful owner of the additional 10 Acres of lands he illegally acquired.
